You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. your choice.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, just email us at support@hotgirlgoods.com with your order number.

We’ll send you the return details and a return address.

Return shipping is at your own cost (unless your item was faulty or we messed up. In that case, it's on us).

Sale or clearance items

Opened or used beauty/personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund you back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
